A: We use a standard exterior connector to plug your power feed into . Some locations require locally certified electric work only. If it’s locally wired your local electrician will make the connection too.
A: We supply a standard external water connector to fit your water feed into. We usually also supply an off on tap and external water tap too for a outside water uses.
A: We do not supply any appliances including gas hobs for cooking. Locally bought appliances are best to obtain local service and warranties and local standards for local approvals. Gas feeds can be made through a convenient place on the suitable wall.
A: We use 5cm styrene insulation. We also have 7:5cm and 10cm options as well as rockwool insulation options. Local climate conditions will set your insulation requirements, which we can add to our build plan for you.
A: Septic tanks are used often for sewage or composting toilets. Tanks can be built next to your MIHO or at a suitable distance. Running a sewage (soil) pipe from your MIHO to your tank needs a small fall (slope) to allow the feed to be reliable.
A: Each house type has different weights from 600kg plus fixtures and fittings. Let’s establish your full MIHO requirements then we can inform you of its weight.
A: We adapt our general MIHO designs to suit our customers individual needs.

A: We generally use our eco plastic cladding but we also have traditional building material options too. Choices are not endless but we offer a very good choice that suits most customers.

A: We sell from our factory gates; however we have a logistics team that can arrange shipping to your door through one of our trusted shipping agents.
A: Sometimes yes, each district has its own local rules and regulations. Some smaller sizes don’t require approvals etc The bigger the house the more likely it is to require local approvals. Keep it small is our suggestion, small is beautiful!
A: In some locations yes in other locations no. Each district has its own code standards.
A: Backyards, farmland, empty lots, woodlands, lakesides, beach land, mountain sides or deep in the forests… MIHO’s are useful in most locations!
A: Size options are up to you! However to transport MIHO’s again and again under 8 feet 2:4m wide and under 12 feet 3:6m high is recommended.
