MIHO’s are portable prefabricated flat pack(KD) houses, suitable for many purposes.
MIHO uses eco friendly materials as well as traditional construction materials.
MIHO’s are available in many sizes from our NANO POD 8 x sq metres to 72 square metre houses.
All our units are KD, flat pack to save shipping space and costs, as well as environmentally responsible way to transport such large items.
Our KD systems are simple and straightforward and manually movable and don’t generally require cranes etc.
Our products are well designed to look great last long and be very useful while being most competitive in price!
We make empty shell units or fully fitted units with bedrooms bathrooms kitchens furniture too. The only restriction with MIHO’s is your own imagination…
MIHO products are both mini homes and also resort, mini hotel rooms and bungalows. Our in house design team can assist with most aspects of resort layouts etc.

# LOCATION
Our MIHO team are based here in Saigon Vietnam, we are designer builders of flat pack (KD), prefabricated homes.
# ASSEMBLY
MIHO have designed an easy self assembly, construction system we call “ MIHO-BUILD”. MIHO-BUILD, is our multi panel, walls-floor-roof, simple bolt together mini-house assembly system.
# ECO PLASTIC POLY
MIHO along with our local partners have developed a recycled ECO-PLASTIC board panel we call POLY. We use POLY, ECO-PLASTIC, to clad both the, exterior and interiors, of our walls-floors-roof’s.
# POLY is our name for our RECYCLED-ECO-PLASTIC construction board material. POLY is made from industrial waste off cuts from large industrial manufacturers with materials otherwise destined to become toxic waste pollution, to be incinerated or just land filled. In this “WASTE INTERCEPTION “ and reconstituting this would be waste material, we create a CARBON NEGATIVE construction material called POLY. POLY boards are made in various board thicknesses and different board colors, which we then use for both cladding MIHO’s, as well as making many other useful POLY PRODUCTS. * check out our POLY PRODUCTS GALLERY…
# SHIPPING
MIHO’s are sent globally in flat pack form, to make shipping super eco friendly by not wasting space, or wasting money on expensive shipping costs. 95% of TINY HOME manufacturers make and sell whole fully assembled homes, this is wasteful of energy and causes extra pollution. FLAT PACK or KD build ships in 20% of the normal space used for shipping. This also saves 80% of the sea freight costs and local road freight costs too! Considering the environment is always central to MIHO ETHOS. Saving costs for our customers is also extremely important to us too.
# COMPETITIVE PRICING
MIHO’s are very well priced in the TINY HOME marketplace. We are able to be so competitive by manufacturing MIHO’s in Vietnam, this saving, combined with low environmental impact shipping, and therefore,low shipping costs too.
# FLEXIBILITY
MIHO’s are available in 8 standard unit sizes from our popular, 5 sq metre NANO POD, up to our largest 72 sq metre two storey MIHO. MIHO’s also are available in our MIHO CUSTOM BUILD range where we design a suitable size and function MIHO to suit any more specific size or purpose.
